We pay by percentage of the load, starting at 30%. Pay increases are available based on performance, reliability, and experience.

Yes, experience with End-Dumps, Super-Dumps, or Pneumatic Tankers is preferred. However, we’re willing to work with drivers who have strong CDL experience and are eager to learn.

• At least 2 years of proven experience is required.

• A valid CDL (Class A or B depending on truck type) and a clean driving record are required.

AEC Trucking operates company-owned trucks, so drivers don’t need to provide their own equipment.

No, trucks are parked at one of our designated locations (Round Rock, Liberty Hill, Buda, or Elgin).

Most loads are short-haul jobs within Central Texas, especially around Austin and surrounding areas.

We offer steady work year-round. Start times vary by job, but we aim to keep schedules consistent while making sure drivers get home daily.
